At Petaldelivery, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality flowers. Please review your order immediately upon arrival.

Claims Window

All claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
We do not accept claims after 24 hours, no exceptions.

When Credits Apply

Credits may be issued if:

You received the wrong product, or

Your flowers arrived damaged

Due to the nature of bulk flowers, natural variations in color, size, or bloom stage are not considered defects.

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not issue credits or refunds for:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

Delivery delays caused by couriers or weather

Improper handling or storage after delivery

How to Request a Credit

To submit a claim, you must provide:

2 photos of the product (one full view, one close-up of the issue)

1 photo of the shipping label

Your order number and description of the issue

Claims without complete information may be rejected.

Refund Method

Approved credits may be issued as:

Refund to the original payment method

Cancellations

Any cancellation must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled dispatch date of the corresponding order. Cancellations submitted after this period will not be accepted and will not be considered under any circumstances.

For “Next Day” orders, cancellations must be made before 12:00 p.m. (EDT)
